Align & Propose
During "Align & Propose" phase, our team conducts review(s) for current CRM processes (in
case of non-existent CRM) or already implemented CRM components and aim to identify key gaps in CRM architecture and implementation using business pain points identified
Implement
Through “Implement" phase, based on findings of “Discover” and “Align & Propose” phases, the scope of implementation identified is put into action and MVP / Project implemented as per identified scope and business gaps during earlier phases
Launch
During “Launch" phase, the developed functionality is validated and rolled out to a set of users and subsequently to all targeted users by imparting training as well as setting up necessary support processes in place.
